清管器聚氨酯皮碗接触性能分析与结构优选 被引量:2

摘要 为提高清管器的工作效率和工作性能,对清管器聚氨酯皮碗的类型及结构参数进行优选,通过分析清管器运行过程中碟形皮碗相较于直板皮碗的优势,优选碟形皮碗作为清管器的皮碗类型;对碟形皮碗进行力学分析并采用有限元软件Abaqus分析得出,过盈量和皮碗唇部厚度与接触长度呈正相关,皮碗唇部长度与接触长度呈负相关;接触应力随着过盈量和唇部厚度增加而逐渐增大,随着唇部长度增加而逐渐减小;根据Abaqus得出的数据,并基于熵权法,对皮碗结构参数进行优选,得出最佳皮碗结构参数为过盈量5%、唇部长度42 mm、唇部厚度22 mm。 In order to improve the working efficiency and performance of the PIG,the type and structural parameters of the polyurethane cup of the PIG were optimized.By analyzing the advantages of the saucer-shaped cup compared to the straight cup during the operation of the PIG,the structure of the saucer-shaped cup was used as the cup type of the PTG.The mechanical analysis of the saucer-shaped cup was carried out and the finite element software Abaqus was used to analyze.The results show that the magnitude of interference and the lip thickness of the cup are positively correlated with the contact length,and the lip length of the cup is negatively correlated with the contact length;The contact stress gradually increases with the increase of magnitude of interference and lip thickness,and gradually decreases with the increase of lip length.According to the data obtained by Abaqus and based on the entropy weight method,the structural parameters of the cup are optimized,and the optimal structural parameters of the cup are obtained as magnitude of interference 5%,lip length 42 mm,and lip thickness 22 mm.
