摘要
老挝谢攀电站EDL发电机为额定容量48 MVA及额定转速500 r/min的高转速大型卧式发电机,国外在高转速大型卧式水轮发电机领域比较早就开展了相关技术的研究及应用,这些国外厂家相比国内企业有比较成熟的大型卧式水轮发电机技术和较多业绩,而纵观国内可供参考的高转速大型卧式水轮发电机的业绩及资料却极少。本文通过对EDL发电机主要部件的结构及研发中的一些问题进行阐述,并提出一些注意事项,为今后国内高转速大型卧式水轮发电机的结构设计提供借鉴。
The EDL generator in XPXN Hydroelectric Plant is a high-speed large horizontal hydro-generator with rated capacity of 48 MVA and rated speed of 500 r/min.Research and application in the field of high-speed large horizontal hydro-generator had been carried out ahead of time overseas,therefore the foreign manufacturers have more mature technology and achievements.In contrast,the achievements and related data of high-speed large horizontal hydro-generator in China is lacking.This paper summarizes the structure of main components of EDL generator,the issues in the research stage and the special attention are proposed,which can be used as a reference for structural design of high-speed large horizontal hydro-generator for domestic in the future.
