幼儿园组织职业生涯管理探析——基于共生理论视角 被引量:1

摘要 从共生理论的视角来看,幼儿园与教师作为互为共生的单元是相互依托、协同发展的共同体。幼儿园组织职业生涯管理对幼儿教师专业发展、职业规划及园所发展目标的达成有重要意义。以592名幼儿教师为研究对象,通过问卷及访谈的方式调查幼儿教师在职业发展、师资培训、信息提供和岗位晋升方面的管理情况,调查结果显示,幼儿园组织职业生涯管理情况良好,呈中等偏上水平。幼儿园组织职业生涯管理在工作年限及园所性质上存在显著差异,在学历上存在极其显著差异,而教师职位对其影响差异不显著。基于此,园所及教师可通过完善管理体制、关注生涯管理,提供公平竞争、强化组织认同,激发职业理想、促进专业发展,规划自我发展、定位契合园所等方面优化幼儿园组织职业生涯管理。 Based on symbiosis theory,kindergarten and teachers are interdependent and cooperative development communities.Kindergarten organization career management is of great significance to the professional development of preschool teachers,career planning and the achievement of kindergarten development goals.On the whole,the kindergarten organization career management is good,showing a moderate level.Different working years,academic qualifications and the nature of the kindergarten have different degrees of influence on the career management of kindergarten organizations,but the influence of teacher positions on them is not significant.According to the results of the study,kindergarten teachers and preschool teachers can improve the management system,pay attention to career management,provide fair competition,strengthen organizational identity,stimulate professional ideals,promote professional development,plan self-development,Optimize kindergarten organization career management in four aspects.
