高校参与社区文化惠民的内容与路径

Content and Path of University Participation in Community Culture for Public Benefits

文化惠民是党的十七大提出,十八大要求重点推进,十九大报告要深入实施的一项伟大工程,是实现社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的一项重要举措,也是惠及全体人民的一项普及性文化工程。高校作为文化传承的重要阵地,利用自身优势参与社区文化服务供给是其不可推卸的责任。在分析总结大量文化惠民经验的基础上,阐释了高校参与社区文化服务意义和面临的主要问题,探讨了高校参与社区文化服务三条路径:1.以政府为主导,高校通力协作规整和引领社区文化;2.以本地社区居民文化需求为导向,确立服务重点和特色;3.以高校自身优势为基础,构建高水平文化服务格局。

Benefiting the people through culture is a great project proposed at the 17th CPC National Congress,emphasized at the 18th CPC National Congress,and further implemented in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress.It is an important measure to achieve the great development and prosperity of socialist culture,and a universal cultural project that will benefit all the people.As an important position of cultural inheritance,colleges and universities take advantage of their own advantages to participate in the supply of community cultural services is their unshirkable responsibility.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing a large number of experiences of cultural benefit to the people,this paper explains the significance and main problems of university’s participation in community cultural service,and probes into three approaches of university’s participation in community cultural service:1.With the government as the leading role,colleges and universities cooperate to regulate and lead the community culture;2.Establish service focus and characteristics guided by the cultural needs of local community residents;3.Build a high-level cultural service pattern based on the advantages of colleges and universities.
