Difficulties in Building Provincial Food and Drug Inspector Team and Possible Solutions

目的:探讨省级食品药品检查员队伍建设路径。方法:以福建省省级食品药品检查员队伍建设为例,分析队伍建设现状及存在问题。结果:现有检查员队伍中兼职检查员比例较高,影响了检查员队伍的职业化专业化,不利于提高检查工作质量。结论:当务之急是加快推进职业化专业化检查员队伍建设,健全检查员管理机制,建立专业化的检查培训体系。

Objective:To explore ways for building provincial food and drug inspector team.Method:Taking Fujian province as an example,the authors analyzed the current situation of building a provincial food and drug inspector team and the difficulties.Results:Currently,the proportion of part-time inspectors in inspector team is relatively high,which makes it difficult to build specialized professional inspector team and to enhance the quality of inspection.Conclusion:Priority should be given to speeding up the construction of specialized professional inspector team,improving inspector management system,and establishing specialized inspection training system.
