鼻窦内窥镜手术联合枸地氯雷他定对慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻黏液纤毛清除功能与炎性反应的影响

Effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with desloratadine citrate on mucociliary clearance and inflammatory response in patients with chronic sinusitis

目的探讨鼻窦内窥镜手术联合枸地氯雷他定对于慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻黏液纤毛清除功能与炎性反应的影响。方法选择2019年6月-2020年5月笔者医院收治的88例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为2组。对照组44例行鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗,研究组44例在此基础上于术前口服枸地氯雷他定。对比2组临床疗效,以及手术前后鼻黏液纤毛清除功能与炎性因子的变化。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月时,研究组鼻黏液纤毛清除速度与清除率高于对照组(P<0.01),糖精清除时间低于对照组(P<0.01),TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论鼻窦内窥镜手术联合枸地氯雷他定可以有效改善慢性鼻窦炎患者的鼻黏液纤毛清除功能与炎性反应,可提高整体治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with desloratadine citrate on mucociliary clearance and inflammatory response in patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods 88 patients with chronic sinusitis in our hospital from June 2019 to may 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(44 cases) received endoscopic sinus surgery,and the study group(44 cases) received oral desloratadine citrate before operation. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After 3 months after operation,the mucociliary clearance rate and nasal mucociliary clearance rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),the saccharin clearance time was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the levels of TNF-α,hs CRP and IL-6 were lower than those of the control group(P <0.01). Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with desloratadine citrate can effectively improve the nasal mucociliary clearance function and inflammatory reaction of patients with chronic sinusitis,and improve the overall treatment effect and safety.
