转向酸体系室内评价及其在伊拉克现场的应用 被引量:2

摘要 伊拉克Mishrif层属于孔隙型碳酸盐岩油藏,常规的酸液酸岩反应速度快,因此通常选用转向酸作为重要的酸化体系,不但延缓酸岩反应速率,而且可以实现储层内暂堵和均匀布酸的效果,达到提高酸化效率的目的。本文通过对自主生产的转向酸体系进行评价,结果显示抗腐蚀性、铁稳、破乳等性能优异,满足酸化施工要求,与Mishrif储层岩心反应表明,该转向酸体系具有很好的均匀布酸效果。应用该体系在伊拉克ADM-X井进行应用,酸化效果良好。 Mishrif reservoir in Iraq belongs to preliminary carbonate reservoir,and the acid rock reaction rate of conventional acid solution is fast.Therefore,diverting acid is usually selected as an important acidizing system,which can not only delay acid rock reaction rate,but also achieve temporary plugging and uniform acid distribution in reservoir,so as to improve acidizing efficiency.Through the evaluation of the self-produced diverting acid system,the results show that it has excellent performance in corrosion resistance,iron stability,demulsification,etc.,and meets the requirements of acidizing operation.The reaction with Mishrif reservoir core shows that the diverting acid system has good uniform acid distribution effect.The application of this system in ADM-X well in Iraq shows good acidizing effect.
