摘要
某渤海聚驱油田污水处理系统硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)问题日趋严重,本文对该油田SRB超标原因进行了分析,发现含聚污水与油田在用杀菌剂不配伍、SRB在流程中大量滋生、SRB对杀菌剂产生抗药性是导致油田SRB超标的主要原因。四羟甲基硫酸磷与渤海某聚驱油田含聚污水配伍性好,投加浓度30 mg/L可将含聚污水SRB含量控制在25个/毫升,为海上聚驱油田污水处理提供了技术支持和实践经验。
This paper investigated the reasons of limit-exceeding problems of SRB in a Bohai polymer flooding oilfield sewage treatment system.The main reasons for this are listed as follows,the sewage containing HPAM is not compatibility with bactericide in use,SRB in the process is booming out of control,SRB has developed resistance to bactericide in use.THPS has good compatibility with the sewage containing HPAM in a Bohai polymer flooding oilfield,when the dose of THPS is equal or greater than 30 mg/L,the SRB content in reinjection sewage can reduce to 25 pcs/mL.This paper has provided technical support and practical experience for offshore polymer flooding oilfield sewage treatment.
