聚合物微球调驱对原油破乳脱水影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 安塞油田已进入中高含水开发阶段,水驱控制程度逐渐变低,剩余油高度分散,大大降低了水驱效率。近年来,安塞油田大规模实施聚合物微球调驱措施,有效缓解了水驱矛盾,取得了良好的增油降水效果。为了研究聚合物微球调驱是否对原油破乳脱水产生影响,特选取了工作量大、覆盖范围广的侯市、杏河北部区块的原油样品,不同浓度的新鲜WQ100聚合物微球及水化后WQ100聚合物微球,采用热沉降化学法,在室内开展原油破乳脱水实验,结果显示,不同浓度的新鲜/水化后WQ100聚合物微球对原油破乳脱水不产生影响,且有一定的正向作用。 Ansai oilfield has entered the stage of middle and high water cut development,the degree of water drive control is gradually reduced,the remaining oil is highly dispersed,greatly reducing the water drive efficiency.In recent years,large-scale polymer microsphere adjustment and displacement measures have been carried out in Ansai oilfield,which effectively alleviates the contradiction of water flooding and achieves good oil-increasing and water-lowering effect.In order to study the effect of polymer microsphere on demulsification and dehydration of crude oil,the crude oil samples from Houshi and Xinghe North blocks with large workload and wide coverage were selected.The experiment of crude oil demulsification and dehydration was carried out in the laboratory by means of heat deposition chemical method with different concentrations of fresh and hydrated WQ100 polymer microspheres.Different concentrations of fresh/hydrated WQ100 polymer microspheres had no effect on crude oil demulsification and dehydration,and had some positive effects.
