摘要
Welleader旋转导向工具是我国自主研发的旋转导向工具,可与国产随钻测斜、测井工具Drilog配合使用,构建为D+W旋转导向随钻测井系统。传统的D+W系统在数据传输速度方面存在不足,导致该系统在深井、复杂井等重点井型钻井作业中应用受限。D+W互联互通系统依靠互联互通短节实现了Welleader工具与多型国际先进定向井工具的通讯连接,借助第二代BCPM工具,可实现数据快速传输,具有更加广阔的应用前景。结合该系统在渤海油田的首次钻井作业实例,从工具结构特点、现场数据调试、井眼轨迹控制、作业参数优化等方面详细分析新型工具使用特点。以期为后续该系统大规模投入实际应用提供作业参考。
Welleader rotary steering tool is a self-developed rotary steering tool in China.It can be used with domestic inclinometer and logging tool Drilog to construct a D+W rotary steering logging while drilling system.The traditional D+W system has shortcomings in data transmission speed,which results in the limited application of the system in deep wells,complex wells and other key well drilling operations.The D+W interconnection system realizes the communication connection between Welleader tool and various international advanced directional well tools by means of interconnection nipple.With the help of the second generation BCPM tool,it can realize fast data transmission and has a broader application prospect.Combined with the first drilling operation example of the system in Bohai oilfield,the characteristics of the new tool are analyzed in detail from the aspects of tool structure characteristics,field data debugging,well trajectory control and operation parameter optimization.In order to provide reference for the subsequent large-scale application of the system.
