摘要
针对现有标准中时序控制用锂离子电池环境适应性评估方法缺失,分析了不同环境应力对电池性能影响。通过开展随机振动、低频振动、高频振动、半正弦波冲击、分级加严冲击和加速度试验验证,探究试验条件,形成时序控制用锂离子电池环境适应性评估方法,填补现有标准体系空白。
For deficiency of the environmental adaptability assessment methods of lithium-ion battery for sequential control in existing standards,the influrence of different enviromental stesses on the performance of cell is studied.Through the verification of random vibration test,low-frequency vibration test,high-frequency vibration test,halfsinusoidal impact test,classification strict impact test and accelerated velocity test,the environmental adaptability assessment methods of lithium-ion battery for sequential control is established.
