摘要
目的:采用分型法对副溶血性弧菌进行分析,追溯亲缘关系。方法:共收集1087株副溶血性弧菌,实施血清分型,同时利用脉冲场电泳基因分析以及肠杆菌基因间重复序列分析追踪感染源,了解亲缘关系。结果:来自食物的607例可分为10个血清群,其中0:6血清群最多,占比16.46%,来自病人的480例可分为6个血清群,其中0:3血清群最多,占比72.92%;食品中的377株VP可分为PFGE型25个,病人501株可分为19个,其中最多的为1型(P<0.05);所有菌株可分为ERIC型42个,其中最多的为18型。结论:不同分型方法在副溶血性弧菌分型中均具有优缺点,多种分型方法联合使用可在很大程度上提升分型有效性。
Objective:To analyze Vibrio parahaemolyticus withtyping method and trace the genetic relationship.Methods:A total of 1087 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were collected and serotyped.Then,pulse field electrophoresis gene analysis and intergenic repeat sequence analysis of enterobacter were used to trace the source of infection and understand the genetic relationship.Results:607 cases from food can be divided into 10 serogroups,of which 0:6 serogroups is the most,accounting for 16.46%,and 480 cases from patients can be divided into 6 serogroups,of which 0:3 serogroups is the most,accounting for 72.92%;The 377 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food can be divided into 25 PFGE types,and the 501 strains of patients can be divided into 19 PFGE types,of which the most is type 1(P<0.05);All strains can be divided into 42 ERIC types,the most of which is type 18.Conclusion:Different typing methods have their own advantages and disadvantages in the typing of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and the combined use of multiple typing methods can improve the effectiveness of typing greatly.
