健康教育应用于小儿哮喘护理的临床效果评价

Evaluation of clinical effect of health education applied in the nursing of asthma in children

目的:探究健康教育在小儿哮喘护理中的应用效果。方法:选取我院120例小儿哮喘患儿2018年2月至2019年3月作为观察对象,依照护理方式随机将其分成两组,即对照组(60例)与观察组(60例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组则在此基础上进行健康教育。观察两组患儿家属护理后的知识优良率和患儿复发率情况。结果:经护理,健康知识对比,观察组患儿家属的优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患儿复发率同对照组相比,前者优势更明显(P<0.05)。结论:采取健康教育对小儿哮喘患儿护理效果显著,临床应用价值高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of health education in the nursing of children with asthma.Methods:120 cases of children with asthma in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to the nursing methods,namely the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received health education on this basis.The excellent and good rate of knowledge and the recurrence rate of children in the two groups were observed.Results:the excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of health education on the nursing of children with asthma is significant,and the clinical application value is h igh.
