摘要
目的调查三级甲等综合医院高年资护士转岗意愿,分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法于2019年6-7月间选取3所河北省三级甲等医院的共204名高年资护士作为研究对象,采用自行设计的护士转岗至社区工作的意愿影响因素量表进行调查分析。结果①高年资护士转岗意愿得分为6.22±2.88(0~10)分;②高年资护士转岗后更愿意从事与自己专业相关的护理诊疗工作(59.3%);③机制保障和职业激励是影响高年资护士转岗至社区工作意愿程度的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论加强高年资护士转岗的政策保障工作,构建合理的工作激励机制,为社区高年资转岗护士提供合理的发展空间和支持,是加强医联体工作效能、解决医养结合人才匮乏的重要途径之一。
Objective To explore intention and influencing factors of senior nurses in tertiary level first-class hospitals about transferring to community.Methods Totally 204 senior nurses fromtertiary level first-class hospitals were recruited by convenience sampling between June and July 2019.A self-designed scale of influencing factors for nurses'willingness to transfer to community was used in this survey.Results①The mean scale score for the senior nurses'willingness to transfer to community was 6.22±2.88(0~10 points);②The transferred senior nurses were more willing to engage in nursing diagnosis and treatment related to their profession(59.3%);③The factors influencing the intention of senior nurses to transfer to community were:mechanism guarantee factors and career incentive factors(P<0.05).Conclusion It is one of the important ways to strengthen the work efficiency of the medical association and solve the shortage of talents specialized in combination of medical service and nursing to strengthen the policy guarantee of the transfer of senior nurses,to construct a reasonable work incentive mechanism,and to provide reasonable development space and support for them.
