系统性拉玛泽分娩法对高龄初产妇分娩疼痛和分娩结局的影响

Effect of systematic Lamaze delivery on delivery pain and delivery outcome in elderly primiparas

目的探讨系统性拉玛泽分娩法对高龄初产妇分娩疼痛和分娩结局的影响。方法选择广昌县人民医院2017年1月-2020年10月接收的100例高龄初产妇,采取随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规产科管理,观察组实施系统性拉玛泽分娩,观察2组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间,分娩结局,不同产程的疼痛程度。结果观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间均比对照组短(P<0.05),观察组阴道分娩率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组第一产程、第二产程疼痛程度均比对照组轻(P<0.05)。结论在高龄初产妇分娩中可通过系统性拉玛泽分娩法转移其注意力,减轻分娩疼痛,缩短产程时间,提升自然分娩率。

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic Lamaze delivery on delivery pain and delivery outcome of elderly primipara.Methods 100 cases of elderly primipara in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine obstetric management,while the observation group was given systematic Lamaze delivery.The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor,the total labor process time,delivery outcome,pain degree of different stages of labor were observed.Results The time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain in the first and second stages of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lamaze breathing delivery method can be used to divert maternal attention,reduce labor pain,shorten labor process time and improve the quality of natural delivery.
