抗精神病药物致女性精神分裂症患者体质量和糖脂代谢异常的护理干预

Nursing intervention on abnormal body mass and glucose and lipid metabolism of female schizophrenia patients caused by antipsychotics

目的分析护理干预对抗精神病药物致女性精神分裂症患者体质量和糖脂代谢异常的影响。方法选择2018年6月-2019年12月汕头市第四人民医院收治的60例女性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预。对比2组患者体质量和糖脂代谢状况。结果护理干预后观察组患者体质量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理干预后脂代谢相关指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组糖代谢相关指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理干预可以使抗精神病药物致女性精神分裂症患者体质量和脂代谢异常现象明显减轻,有确切的临床效果。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on body mass and glucose and lipid metabolism of female schizophrenia patients induced by antipsychotic drugs.Methods 60 female schizophrenia patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and 60 patients random number table method was divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,while patients in observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.After nursing intervention,the body mass and glucose and lipid metabolism of patients in observation group and control group were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the body weight of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the indexes related to lipid metabolism in observation group were better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in related indexes of glucose metabolism(P>0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can control the body mass of patients taking antipsychotics to a certain extent,and improve the related indexes of lipid metabolism to a certain extent,without affecting the metabolism of blood sugar,and the related differences are statistically significant,which shows that nursing intervention has definite clinical value,so it is recommended to popularize and apply it.
