综合三甲医院护士长逆商及工作投入的相关性研究

The study of correlation between head nurses’s adversity quotient and job engagemen-t in comprehensive tertiary hospital

目的调查综合三级甲等医院护士长逆商和工作投入现状,分析其相关性。方法采用整群抽样的方法抽取南昌市5家综合三甲医院240名护士长,应用逆商和工作投入量表进行横断面调查。结果三甲医院护士长逆商总得分为(134.91±15.97)分,从事护士长工作时间、职称对逆商得分有影响;工作投入总得分为(59.76±17.35)分,从事护士长时间、月收入对得分有影响;Pearson相关性分析结果显示,护士长逆商和工作投入呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论三甲医院护士长逆商和工作投入均处于中等偏上水平,逆商对护士长的工作投入有正向预测作用。医院管理者可进行心理素质教育,正向疏导护士长,提高其逆商,从而增加工作投入度。

Objective To investigate the current situation of adverse quotient and work engagement of head nurses in comprehensive tertiary A hospitals,and analyze the correlation between adverse quotient and work engagement.Methods The cluster sampling method was used to select 240 head nurses from 5 comprehensive tertiary hospitals in Nanchang City,and the inverse quotient and work engagement scale were used to conduct a cross-sectional survey.Results The total score of head nurses in the top three hospitals was(134.91±15.97)points.The working hours and professional titles of the head nurses had an impact on the score of the head nurses;the total score of work engagement was(59.76±17.35)points.The long-term and monthly income of nurses Has an impact on the score;Pearson correlation analysis results show that the head nurse inverse quotient is significantly positively correlated with work engagement(P<0.01).Conclusion The head nurses'adverse quotient and work engagement in the top three hospitals are both at the upper-middle level.The adverse quotient has a positive predictive effect on the head nurses'work engagement.Hospital administrators can carry out psychological quality education,positively guide the head nurse,improve their adverse quotient,and increase work commitment.
