新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下临床护士知觉压力的现状分析

Analysis on the present situation of nurses'perceptual stress during the epidemic period of corona virus disease

目的了解临床护士在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的知觉压力现状,为制定进一步的心理辅助措施提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法于2020年2月18日-20日选取宁夏地区下辖5市(银川市、固原市、中卫市、石嘴山市、吴忠市)的45所二级及上公立综合性医院3259名护士作为研究对象,通过问卷星平台编制包括一般资料、中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)的电子问卷,生成问卷二维码,由各医院护理部主任向医院符合条件的护士进行推送。结果护士知觉压力总分为(37.48±7.24)分,压力水平较高。64.50%护士自觉近1个月压力较大,23.41%的护士自觉近1个月压力水平巨大;感染疾病科、急诊科等重点科室工作的护士知觉压力水平高于普通科室及其他科室,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在收治新冠状病毒肺炎病例的定点医院工作的护士知觉压力水平高于非定点医院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二级医院的护士压力知觉水平高于三级医院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,护士知觉压力处于较高水平;定点医院、二级医院、以及在感染疾病科、急诊科等重点科室工作的护士是新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期的高压力群体,各级医院管理者应提供针对性的心理辅助措施,缓解其知觉压力水平。

Objective To Understand the present situation of nurses'perceptual stress during the epidemic period of Corona Virus Disease 2019,and provide basis for further psychological assistance measures.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,the selection on February 18~20,2020 in ningxia region has five city(yinchuan,evalution,shizuishan city,central city,wuzhong city)of 45 on a secondary and public comprehensive hospital met inclusion and exclusion of 3259 nurses as the research object,through the questionnaire star platform including general information,Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS)electronic questionnaires,The two-dimensional code of the questionnaire is generated and pushed by the director of the nursing department of each hospital to the qualified nurses of the hospital.Results The total score of nurses'perceived pressure was(37.48±7.24),and the level of pressure was high.64.50%of the nurses felt that the pressure was a little high in the past month,and 23.41%of the nurses felt that the pressure was very high in the past month;The level of perceived stress of nurses working in key departments such as infectious diseases department and emergency department was higher than that in other departments and General department,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The perceived stress level of nurses working in designated hospitals was higher than that in non designated hospitals,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The level of nurses'pressure perception in the second level hospital was higher than that in the third level hospital,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion During the epidemic period of Corona Virus Disease 2019,the nurses'perceptual pressure was at a higher level.Nurses working in designated hospitals,secondary hospitals and key departments such as infectious diseases department and emergency department are high pressure groups during the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019.Hospital managers at all levels should provide targeted psychological assistance measures to alleviate the perceived stress level of this group.
