阿托伐他汀三联用药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病疗效及对血小板活性因子凝血因子的影响研究

Research study of atorvastatin triple therapy on platelet activating factor and blood coagulation factors in diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease

目的分析阿托伐他汀三联用药对糖尿病伴冠心病患者疗效和血小板活性因子及凝血因子的影响。方法将2019年1月-12月东源县人民医院收治的糖尿病伴冠心病患者68例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分成对照组(予以维格列汀及美托洛尔)和观察组(在对照组基础上加以阿托伐他汀)各34例,对比2组总有效率与治疗前后血小板活化因子CD62p及CD63、血管性假血友病因子(vWF)、组织纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)与血纤溶酶原激活抑制物-1(PAI-1)水平。结果观察组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组CD62p、CD63、vWF、t-PA及PAI-1水平差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的CD62p、CD63、vWF及PAI-1U水平比对照组低,t-PA水平比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病伴冠心病患者采用阿托伐他汀三联用药疗效确切,能改善凝血异常状态和血小板活性,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To study the influence of Atorvastatin triple therapy on platelet activating factor and blood coagulation factors in diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 68 diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease treated from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to random number table,patients were divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group.The control group took Vildagliptin and Metoprolol;on the basis of the former,the observation group took Atorvastatin.Total effective rate,platelet activating factor CD62p and CD63,von Willebrand factor(vWF),tissue plasmingogen activator(t-PA)and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)levels were compared.Results Total effective rate in the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);before treatment,CD62p,CD63,vWF,t-PA and PAI-1 levels between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,CD62p,CD63,vWF and PAI-1 levels in the observation group were lower than control group;t-PA levels were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin triple therapy has obvious effects in diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease,which can improve the blood coagulation disturbance conditions and platelet activity.It is worthy of application.
