摘要
大型汽车滚装船艉门操纵装置的受力比较复杂,工况较多;利用MSC Patran和MSC Natran对7800车汽车滚装船操纵装置基座及支撑结构进行有限元分析,主要研究了6种工况下基座及船体支撑结构的应力水平,计算结果满足要求;根据结构响应的特点提出合理有效的结构加强建议,为大型汽车滚装船开发设计提供参考。
The force of stern door control device of the large vehicles′Ro-Ro ship is more complex,as well as the working condition.In this paper,the MSC Patran and MSC Natran are used to conduct the finite element analysis on the base and support structure of 7800 vehicles′Ro-Ro ship control device.The stress levels of the base and support structure are mainly studied under 6 working conditions;and the calculated results meet the requirements.According to the characteristics of structural response,reasonable and effective structural strengthening suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the development and design of large vehicles′Ro-Ro ship.
