摘要
以GKH1800-N虹吸刮刀离心机机座为研究对象,针对机座的固有特性问题,建立了机座及其支撑的有限元模型,计算了机座的固有频率及振型。计算结果表明设备正常工作转速对应的频率介于机座的两相邻固有频率之间,分析表明工作转速不会引起机座的共振,为后续机座的改进设计提供了理论依据。
In this paper,the engine base of GKH1800-N siphon scraper centrifuge is taken as the research object;aiming at the inherent characteristics of the engine base,the finite element model of the engine base and its support are established,and the natural frequency and mode shape of the engine base are calculated.The calculation results show that the frequency corresponding to the normal working speed of the equipment is between the two adjacent natural frequencies of the engine base,and the analysis shows that the working speed will not cause the resonance of the engine base.It provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent improvement design of the engine base.
