摘要 某型机喷涂了碳化钨涂层的旋翼阻尼器安装螺栓发生多起断裂或出现裂纹故障,为查明故障原因,对故障件进行了外观观察、断口宏微观观察、金相分析、硬度测试、表面涂层评价等,结果表明:螺栓断裂性质为疲劳,呈线源,裂纹扩展充分;裂纹开裂性质为疲劳。故障原因分析排查结果表明:螺栓提前出现疲劳裂纹或断裂的原因是碳化钨喷涂工艺出现批次性质量问题。对螺栓断裂的影响进行了分析,明确了处置措施,有效的解决了外场故障。 The rotor damper mounting bolts sprayed with tungsten carbide coating on a certain type of aircraft suffered from multiple fracture or crack failures.In order to find out the cause of the failure,measures such as the appearance observation,macro-micro observation of fracture surface,metallographic analysis,hardness testing,and surface coating evaluation,etc.are conducted to the faulty parts.The results show that the fracture property of bolt is fatigue,line source,full crack propagation;and the crack property is fatigue.The trouble shooting results show that the reason for the fatigue crack or fracture of the bolt in advance is the batch quality problem of tungsten carbide spraying process.The influence of bolt fracture is analyzed,the disposal measures are defined,and the field fault is effectively solved.
