摘要
基于现有常见超低温浮动球阀结构分析,提出了一种新型超低温浮动球阀结构的设计方案,分析球体偏心距离和楔形阀座的设计难点,并进行了三维运动模拟验证。对超低温阀门中道和阀杆密封进行了探讨,不同介质类型和压力条件可选择相适应的密封形式。这种新型超低温浮动球阀结构,其制造加工更为简单,密封性能良好,可以满足液化天然气等严苛的工况,推动国产化进程。
Based on the structural analysis of the existing common ultra-low temperature floating ball valve,a new type of ultra-low temperature floating ball valve structure is designed.The difficulty lies in the design of ball eccentricity and wedge-shaped valve seat,and the three-dimensional motion simulation is then carried out.In this paper,seal of the middle channel and valve stem of the ultra-low temperature valve is discussed.The suitable sealing form can be selected for different medium types and pressure conditions.The new type of ultra-low temperature floating ball valve structure has the advantages of simple manufacture and good sealing performance,which can meet the severe working conditions such as liquefied natural gas and promote the localization process.
