摘要
为了实现高层建筑外墙清洁的自动化,提高清洁工作的效益,完成了一种外墙清洁小车的结构设计,小车采用螺旋桨作为负压吸附装置,四轮驱动作为行进部分,以及旋转毛刷作为清洁装置。经ANSYS有限元分析和计算,该负压吸附装置能够提供足够大的正压力,使壁面与车轮的摩擦力抵消小车的重力。实验结果表明,设计的小车能够有效清洁垂直壁面。
In order to realize the automation of external wall cleaning of high-rise buildings and improve the efficiency of cleaning work,the structural design of an external wall cleaning car is completed in this article.The car uses propeller as the negative pressure adsorption device,four-wheel drive as the moving part,and rotary brush as the cleaning device.After the ANSYS finite element analysis and calculation,it shows that the negative pressure adsorption device can provide enough normal pressure,so that the friction between the wall and the wheel can offset the gravity of the car.The experimental results show that the car in this paper can clean the vertical wall efficiently.
