基于装夹变形防控的齿轮箱壳体高效加工工艺设计

摘要 针对齿轮箱壳体找正时间长、装夹易变形、尺寸易超差等问题开展分析和研究。通过设计高精度快换工装,将装夹找正移至机外进行,减少机内频繁装夹找正导致的设备停机,经加工实践验证能提高机床的有效利用率;通过量化装夹力矩,有效控制装夹变形导致的尺寸超差。 In this paper,the problems of gearbox such as long alignment time,easy deformation of clamping and easy out of tolerance are analyzed and studied.Through designing the high-precision quick-changing fixture,the clamping and alignment is moved to the outside of the machine so as to reduce the equipment shutdown due to frequent clamping and alignment inside the machine.The processing practice shows that it can improve the effective utilization of the machine;and by quantifying the tightening torque,the dimension out of tolerance caused by clamping deformation can be effectively controlled.
