猪伪狂犬病毒(Pseudorabies virus, PRV)为疱疹病毒科DNA病毒,可引起仔猪高热、神经症状和母猪繁殖障碍。PRV由于其传播途径多样、危害大的特点,给我国猪业养殖带造成了巨大损失。PRV的基因是其发挥生物学功能的基础,自2011年以来我国PRV不断出现变异,国外进口疫苗已不能起到很好的保护作用,这对PRV的防控形成了不小的挑战。论文对PRV的基因结构及主要基因功能进行了归纳总结,为PRV新疫苗及药物的研发提供理论参考。

Pseudorabies virus(PRV)is a kind of DNA virus,belongs to the Herpesviridae family.PRV can cause high fever and neurological symptoms in piglets,reproductive disorders in sows.PRV has caused huge losses to our country s pig industry due to its various ways of transmission and high pathogenicity.The genes of PRV are the basis of its biological function.Since 2011,PRV has continuously mutated in our country,and foreign imported vaccines have not been able to play a very good protective role,which poses a big challenge to the prevention and control of PRV.Here,we summarized the gene structures and main gene functions of PRV,in order to provide theoretical references for the research and development of new PRV vaccines and drugs.
