Progress on Extraction Optimization and Purification of Matrine Alkaloids

苦参碱类生物碱具有多种生物活性和兽医临床应用前景,广泛存在于豆科槐属药用植物中,主要包括氧化苦参碱、苦参碱、槐果碱、氧化槐果碱和槐定碱等成分。常见的提取方法包括水提、醇提、酸水提、浸渍、渗漉等,常见的工艺优化方法包括正交设计、响应面设计等,常见的纯化方法包括大孔吸附树脂纯化、模板分子印迹固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法等。为寻找更加便捷、快速、高效的方法来获取高含量、高纯度的苦参碱类生物碱成分,论文对苦参碱类生物碱的提取方法、提取工艺优化及纯化方法的国内外研究进行综述。

Matrine alkaloids have a variety of biological activities and veterinary clinical application prospects,and are widely existed in medicinal plants of Sophora Leguminosae,mainly including oxymatrine,matrine,sophocarpine,oxysophocarpine,sophoridine,and so on.The common extraction methods include water extraction,alcohol extraction,acid water extraction,dipping,percolation,etc.The common process optimization methods include orthogonal design and response surface design.The common purification methods include macroporous adsorption resin purification,template molecular imprinting solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.In order to search a more convenient,rapid and efficient method to obtain high content and high purity matrine alkaloids,the extraction methods,extraction process optimization and purification methods of matrine alkaloids at home and abroad were reviewed in this paper.
