摘要 新手教师身份认同是伴随着职业生涯的历程和文化体验的历程而逐渐发展的,是一种自我确认、疑惑、反思和再确认的过程。本研究以新手教师为研究对象,研究主题聚焦新手教师身份认同的认识论、影响其身份认同的因素、身份认同的重构途径等,以期全面了解新手教师身份认同的研究现状和发展趋势。今后此领域的研究还需要进一步明晰新手教师身份认同的内涵;深度剖析研究内容,从整体关照研究对象;同时优化运用各类研究方法;加强不同机构间的合作研究等。 The identity of a novice teacher is gradually developed along with the course of career and cultural experience.It is a process of self-confirmation,doubt,reflection and reconfirmation.This study focuses on the epistemology of the identity of new teachers,the factors that affect their identity,and the ways to reconstruct their identity,so as to comprehensively understand the research status and development trend of the identity of new teachers.Future studies in this field need to further clarify the connotation of the identity of novice teachers;In-depth analysis of the research content,from the overall attention to the research object;At the same time optimize the use of various research methods;Strengthen the cooperation between different institutions research,etc.
