摘要
现实中的高校教师教学咨询服务并非简单概念所能回答,呈现的尴尬,如功能协同有限导致教学咨询被边缘化;内容窄化削弱教师教学发展的内驱力;建制不全遮蔽交往合作价值。依功能而论,教师教学咨询服务是联结,意在唤起教学学术自觉;从内容上看,教师教学咨询服务倡导探索,旨在凸显教学学术根本属性;以建制而言,教师教学咨询服务创建共享,重在培育教学学术文化。
In reality,the practice of teaching consultation is so complicated,and is far from a few simple concepts.Surely,it reflects fuzzy definition of function causes teaching consultation the validity to question;the narrow scope of teaching consultation weakens the internal drive of faculty development;the insufficient system covers up the value of communication and cooperation.Teaching consultation is to join,intending to arouse the consciousness for scholarship of teaching;teaching consultation is to explore,aiming at highlighting the fundamental attributes for scholarship of teaching;teaching consultation is to share,focusing on cultivating the culture for scholarship of teaching.
