经后方肱三头肌两侧肌间隙入路切开复位交叉克氏针固定治疗GartlandⅢ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效研究

The Clinical Efficacy study of open reduction and cross Kirschner wire fixation via posterior triceps bilateral intermuscular approach for Gartland typeⅢchildren humerus condyle fracture

目的:探讨经后方肱三头肌两侧肌间隙入路切开复位交叉克氏针固定治疗GartlandⅢ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2017年1月至2019年6月共31例经后方肱三头肌两侧肌间隙入路切开复位交叉克氏针固定治疗的GartlandⅢ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折的病历资料。结果:术后随访3个月,依据Flynn肘关节功能评分标准评估治疗效果:功能恢复优26例,良5例,无恢复一般及差的病例,总体优良率100%。结论:经后方肱三头肌两侧肌间隙入路切开复位交叉克氏针固定治疗GartlandⅢ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy study of open reduction and cross Kirschner wire fixation via posterior triceps bilateral intermuscular approach for Gartland typeⅢchildren humerus condyle fracture.Methods:retrospective analysis about 31 cases Medical records between January 2017 and June 2019,which accepted open reduction and cross Kirschner wire fixation via posterior triceps bilateral intermuscular approach.Results:After 3 months of postoperative follow-up,the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to Flynn elbow function score criteria:26 cases with excellent functional recovery,5 cases with good functional recovery,and no cases with general or poor functional recovery,with an overall excellent and good rate of 100%.Conclusion:The effect that open reduction and cross Kirschner wire fixation via posterior triceps bilateral intermuscular approach for Gartland typeⅢchildren humerus condyle fracture is remarkable.
