红外线联合重组人表皮生长因子对高位肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛程度及创面恢复的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of infrared rays combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor on postoperative pain and wound recovery in patients with high perianal abscess

目的:分析红外线联合重组人表皮生长因子对高位肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛程度及创面恢复的影响。方法:在2018年8月至2020年6月期间抽取在本院行高位肛周脓肿手术的90例术后患者为研究对象,并在随机数字表法将其分为两组,即常规组和研究组,每组各45例。常规组实施高锰酸钾坐浴治疗方案,而研究组实施红外线联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗方案,就两组治疗前、治疗1周、2周和3周的疼痛程度(VAS)、周围水肿评分、创面肉芽组织生长情况评分进行比较分析。结果:治疗1周、2周和3周后,常规组和研究组的VAS评分、周围水肿评分、创面肉芽组织生长情况评分均明显下降,且研究组的下降幅度明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在高位肛周脓肿术后给予患者红外线联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗方案,能进一步缓解其术后疼痛,并减轻周围组织水肿,加快创面愈合。

Objective:To analyze the effect of infrared rays combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor on postoperative pain and wound recovery in patients with high perianal abscess.Methods:From August 2018 to June 2020,90 postoperative patients who underwent high perianal abscess surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,namely the conventional group and Study group,each with 45 cases.The routine group implemented the potassium permanganate sitz bath treatment program,while the research group implemented the infrared ray combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor treatment program.The pain level(VAS)and peripheral edema of the two groups before treatment,1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks Scoring,wound granulation tissue growth score for comparative analysis.Results:After 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks of treatment,the VAS score,peripheral edema score,and wound granulation tissue growth score of the conventional group and the study group decreased significantly,and the decrease of the study group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of infrared radiation combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor after the operation of high perianal abscess can further relieve the postoperative pain,reduce the edema of the surrounding tissue,and accelerate the wound healing.
