跌倒风险分级护理在老年住院患者跌倒预防中的价值观察

Observation on the value of fall risk grading nursing in fall prevention of elderly inpatients

目的:分析老年住院患者接受跌倒风险分级护理在跌倒预防中的应用价值。方法:选取我院老年住院患者122例,选取时间2018年12月至2019年12月,采用随机列表法将其分为观察组(n=61例)与对照组(n=61例)。对照组行常规护理,在对照组的基础上对观察组应用跌倒风险分级护理。比较组间跌倒发生率以及护理满意度情况。结果:观察组跌倒发生率为1.64%,低于对照组的跌倒发生率11.48%,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为98.36%,高于对照组患者的护理满意度86.89%,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:跌倒风险分级护理用于老年住院患者,可降低跌倒发生风险,护理质量较高,临床效果良好。

Objective:To analyze the application value of fall risk graded care for elderly hospitalized patients in fall prevention.Methods:A total of 122 elderly inpatients in our hospital were selected from December 2018 to December 2019.They were divided into an observation group(n=61 cases)and a control group(n=61 cases)by random list method.The control group received routine care,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group was given graded risk of falling care.Compare the incidence of falls and nursing satisfaction among groups.Results:The incidence rate of falls in the observation group was 1.64%,which was lower than the incidence rate of falls in the control group 11.48%.The data difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.36%,which was higher than that of the control group 86.89%.Conclusion:Fall risk grading nursing is used for elderly inpatients,which can reduce the risk of falls.The quality of care is high and the clinical effect is good.
