远程动态心电监测在冠心病心律失常中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of remote ambulatory ECG monitoring in arrhythmia of coronary heart disease

目的:分析远程动态心电监测在冠心病心律失常中的应用价值。方法:将我院于2019年4月至2020年4月期间收治的54例冠心病心律失常患者按门诊号单双数分组;动态组(27例):采用远程动态心电监测方法完成疾病诊断;常规组(27例):采用常规心电图监测方法完成疾病诊断;就组间常见心律失常符合率、恶性心律失常符合率、诊断敏感度、特异度以及准确性展开对比。结果:动态组冠心病心律失常患者常见心律失常符合率(93.33%)以及恶性心律失常符合率(100.00%)均明显高于常规组(40.00%,41.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);动态组诊断敏感度、特异度以及准确性均高于常规组。结论:远程动态心电监测的有效应用,可准确记录心电信号,有效监测患者所表现出的心律失常情况,从而为冠心病心律失常疾病早期确诊奠定基础,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:to analyze the application value of remote ambulatory ECG monitoring in arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods:54 cases of coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were divided into dynamic group(27 cases):Using Remote Dynamic ECG monitoring method to complete the disease diagnosis;conventional group(27 cases):using conventional ECG monitoring method to complete the disease diagnosis;according to the coincidence rate of common arrhythmia,malignant arrhythmia and diagnosis Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were compared.Results:the coincidence rates of common arrhythmias(93.33%)and malignant arrhythmias(100.00%)in the dynamic group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(40.00%,41.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the dynamic group were higher than those in the conventional group.Conclusion:the effective application of remote dynamic ECG monitoring can accurately record the ECG signal and effectively monitor the arrhythmia of patients,so as to lay the foundation for the early diagnossi of coronary heart disease arrhythmia,which has high applicaiton value.
