积极应对方式在护士应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期知觉压力与心理健康间的中介效应分析

Mediating effect of positive coping style between nurses’perceived stress and mental health during the epidemic period of Corona Virus Disease 2019

目的:探讨积极应对方式在护士知觉压力与心理健康之间的作用机制,为进一步制定心理辅助干预措施提供新的思路和参考。方法:2020年2月18~20日,采用一般资料调查问卷、中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和12项一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)对宁夏地区45所公立综合性医院的3259名注册护士进行问卷调查。结果:积极应对方式与知觉压力、心理健康呈负相关(P<0.01),知觉压力和心理健康呈正相关(P<0.01);积极应对方式在知觉压力和心理健康间的中介效应为-0.03,占总效应的16.61%。结论:积极应对方式在护士知觉压力和心理健康间起中介效应,提示护理管理者应注重疫情期对护士应对方式的关注,引导护士采取积极应对方式不仅可以降低压力水平,还有助于保持良好的心理健康。

Objective:To explore the mechanism of positive coping style between nurses’perceived stress and mental health,so as to provide reference for further psychological intervention.Methods:From February 18 to 20,2020,3259 registered nurses from 45 public general hospitals in Ningxia were investigated with general information questionnaire,CPSS,SCSQ and GHQ-12.Results:Positive coping style was negatively correlated with perceived stress and mental health(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between perceived stress and mental health(P<0.01);the mediating effect of positive coping style between perceived stress and mental health was-0.03,accounting for 16.61%of the total effect.Conclusion:Positive coping style plays an intermediary effect between nurses’perceived stress and mental health,which suggests that nursing managers should pay attention to nurses’coping style during the epidemic period,and guide nurses to adopt positive coping style can not only reduce the level of stress,but also help to maintain good mental health.
