电针扬刺对大鼠创面修复及血清炎性因子表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究针灸扬刺修复大鼠皮肤缺损创面作用及对其相关炎性因子的影响。方法:将20只SD健康大鼠按随机数字表法随机均分模型组和电针组,模型组制备全层皮肤缺损模型后每天仅给予碘伏消毒包扎。电针组则在制备模型后当日即开始电针扬刺治疗,其后每日1次,共14次。术后每天对2组大鼠进行一般行为观察,术后3、7、14 d对2组大鼠创面面积愈合情况进行观察记录,术后3 d、7 d ELISA检测2组大鼠血清炎性因子TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子-α)、IL-1β(白细胞介素-1β)、IL-6(白细胞介素-6)水平。结果:①一般行为:在精神状况、反应能力、摄食量等方面,术后第2天模型组和电针组均恢复至术前水平。②创面面积愈合率:3 d后2组大鼠创面均有不同程度愈合,然差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。7 d和14 d后电针组的创面愈合率比模型组高,并随治疗时间延长而创面愈合率相应提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③血清炎性因子表达:3、7 d后电针组血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6含量均少于模型组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扬刺能够有效降低全层皮肤缺损大鼠血清促炎因子的表达水平,具有一定抗炎作用,并可加速创面修复。 Objective:To investigate the effects of central-square electroacupuncture on wound repair and expressions of serum related inflammatory factors in rats.Methods:Twenty healthy SD rats were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely model group and electroacupuncture group,with 10 rats in each group.In the model group,SD rats with full-thickness skin defect were treated with iodopor disinfection bandage every day.After the model treatment,the electroacupuncture group rats were treated with electroacupuncture on the same day,and then once a day,14 times in total.The general behaviors of the 2 groups of rats were observed every day after operation.The wound healing was observed and recorded 3,7 and 14 days after operation.Serum levels of the inflammatory factors TNF-α(tumor necrosis factor-α),IL-1(interleukin-1)and IL-6(interleukin-6)were detected by ELISA at 3 and 7 days after operation.Results:①General behavior:in terms of mental state,reaction ability,food intake,etc.,the model group and the electroacupuncture group all recovered to the preoperative level on the second day after the operation.②Wound area healing rate:after 3 days,wounds in both groups were healed,but not significantly,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The wound healing rate of the electroacupuncture group was higher than that of the model group on day 7 and day 14,and the wound healing rate gradually increased with the extension of time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③Expressions of serum related inflammatory factors:After 3 and 7 days,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in the electroacupuncture group were all lower than those in the model group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cental-square electroacupuncture can effectively reduce the expression levels of proinflammatory cytokines in serum of rats with full-thickness skin defect,have anti-inflammatory effect to some extent,and can accelerate wound repair.
