美国社区学院退役军人培训——基于“职业加速器”的分析 被引量:3

摘要 “职业加速器”项目是美国社区学院为退役军人提供的技能培训计划。它采用志愿供给的模式,由志愿公益组织负责“供应”,公私合作伙伴共同“生产”,以项目为载体进行“消费”。美国社区学院的退役军人培训实现了课堂学习和实践训练的结合;培训服务涵盖职业咨询、培训课程及就业支持等职业过渡的全过程;充分整合先前经验及课程资源,缩短培训周期等。基于此,我国高职院校开展退役军人培训应强化政府、学校及企业的多元参与,实现校企深度合作;树立起以“退役军人”中心的服务理念,为其提供全方位、系统性的服务;整合优化先前经验、课程内容等教育资源,提高培训效率。 The“Vocational Accelerator”is a skill trainin g program provided by American community colleges for veterans.It adopts the mo del of voluntary supply.Public welfare organizations are responsible for“supply”,public and private partners jointly“produce”and“consume”with proje cts as the carrier.It turns out that veterans training in American community co lleges has combined classroom learning and practical training;training services cover the entire process of career transition such as career counseling,traini ng courses,and employment support,fully integrate previous experience and cour se resources,and shorten the training cycle.Based on this,higher vocational c olleges in China should strengthen the multiple participation of the government,schools and enterprises to carry out veterans training,realize in-depth coope ration between schools and enterprises,establish the service concept of“veter ans”as the center to provide comprehensive and systematic services,and integr ate and optimize educational resources such as previous experience and course co ntent to improve training efficiency.
