摘要
在线教育行业作为新兴的高速增长行业,竞争激烈。各在线教育企业均迫切需要能够抓住现有客户群体的运营管理团队和新的运营管理方法。本文结合了企业战略管理理论,在分析HD在线教育的机会、威胁、优势和劣势后,借用SWOT分析工具提出HD在线教育面临不同局面下的发展策略,建议HD在线教育的发展应侧重于用户吸纳、提高课程质量及加强人才梯队建设,以期为在线教育行业的发展提供参考。
As an emerging high-growth industry,the online education industry has developed into a force that cannot be underestimated in the domestic education industry in just a few years.However,rapid development has also brought fierce competition.All online education companies are in an urgently demand to grasp the operation management team of the existing customer group and new operation management methods.Combining the theory of enterprise strategic management,this paper analyzes the opportunities(O),threats(T),advantages(S),and disadvantages(W)of HD education,borrowing SWOT analysis tools to propose development strategies for HD online education facing different situations,and recommends that the development should focus on user absorption,improving the quality of courses and strengthening the construction of talent echelon,in order to provide reference for the development of online education industry.
