高校思想政治教育新常态化发展特征研究

Research on the Characteristics of the New Normalization Development of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

大学生思想政治教育的重要性不言而喻,关系到国家的未来和学生的成才成长。在目前复杂多变的教育环境下,思想教育常态化研究任重而道远。本文基于常态化发展的理论和视角,以营造育人文化为根本,结合新时代大学生的特点,阐述了高校思政教育新常态的内涵,提出了我国现阶段思想政治教育工作存在的不足。针对新常态下高校思想政治理论课的需求,着重分析了新常态下思政课的发展特征及趋向。最后探究了构建高校思想政治教育常态化可持续发展的路径与举措,旨在为高校思想政治教育改革创新以及常态化发展提供参考或借鉴。

The importance of ideological and political education of college students is self-evident,which is related to the future of the country and the growth of students.In the present complicated and changeable educational environment,the research on the normalization of ideological education has a long way to go.Based on the theory and visual angle of the normalization development,taking the construction of the culture of educating people as the basis,and combining the characteristics of college students in the new era,this paper expounds the connotation of the new normalization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,puts forward the shortcomings of the current ideological and political education in our country,and in the light of the requirements of the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities under the new normalization,emphatically analyzes the developing features and trends of the ideological and political courses under the new normalization,finally,the paper explores the ways and measures to construct the sustainable development of ideological and political education in order to provide reference for the reform and innovation of ideological and political education.
