“一带一路”倡议下商务英语专业人才多元文化培养研究 被引量:4

摘要 “一带一路”倡议旨在加强我国与沿线国家的交流,推进经济全球化的发展。该倡议的提出顺应新时代经济、文化等方面的多元化发展潮流,同时也对商务英语复合型人才培养提出了新的要求,即多元化人才培养。本文基于“一带一路”及全球化视野,从目标定位、培养模式、实践体系、师资等方面分析了商务英语专业人才培养现状,提出了在课程设置上加大跨文化教学比重,增设专业性较强的商务类课程,形成理论—实践—应用的课程体系;在教学模式上,提出多模态教学,项目式教学以及文化对比教学模式的融合,培养学生合作、思辨及创新能力;在教学内容方面,要侧重深层次文化探究,并积极融入“中国故事”元素的商务英语人才多元文化培养策略,以实现目的语文化与母语文化之间的共存与共荣。 “The Belt and Road”initiative aims at strengthening our exchanges with the countries along the border and promoting the development of economic globalization.This strategy conforms to the diversified development trend of economy and culture in the new era.It also calls for new requirements for the cultivation of talents in business English.Under the perspective of“The Belt and Road”initiative and globalization,this paper analyzes the current problems in cultivation of business English talents from target orientation,cultivation mode,teachers,and etc,and puts forward strategies for multicultural practice of business English talents.It is suggested that cross-cultural courses and business courses should take a larger proportion of the whole curriculum design featured by a comprehensive system of“theory,practice and application”.In the teaching mode,the integrated mode of multimodality,project-based and cultural contrast is preferred to improve students’ability of cooperation,critical thinking and innovation.In terms of teaching content,culture elements are to be deeply appreciated and the“Chinese Story”should be actively integrated to realize the co-existence and co-prosperity between the target culture and the mother tongue culture.
