Research on Ideological and Political Course Teaching Reform in Engineering Colleges under the Background of New Engineering Construction

新工科建设背景下,高素质工程人才的培养目标要求工科院校思政课必须适时调整、主动改革、积极创新才能真正发挥其育人主渠道作用。工科院校开展思想政治教育具有一定的优势,同时也面临着挑战,增强针对性能够扬长避短。通过弘扬工匠精神,重构课程体系;深化校企合作,外延思政教师队伍;抓好课程思政,构建大思政格局;做活实践教学,延伸课堂教学,多措并举,提高思政课质量,落实好立德树人的根本任务,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。

Under the background of new engineering construction,the cultivation goal of high-quality engineering talents requires that ideological and political courses in engineering colleges must be adjusted in time,reformed and innovated actively in order to give full play to its role as the main channel of education.The ideological and political education in engineering colleges has some advantages,but also faces some challenges.Strengthening pertinence can make full use of advantages and avoid disadvantages.By carrying forward the spirit of craftsman,the curriculum system is reconstructed.Deepen school-enterprise cooperation,the extension of ideological and political teachers;pay attention to the curriculum ideology and policy to build a great ideological and political pattern.Efforts should be made to improve the quality of ideological and political courses,carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity and train new people to take on the great task of national rejuvenation.
