课程思政是一种全新的教学理念,其核心是寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养之中,帮助学生塑造正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。人力资源管理是工商管理类专业核心课程,必须加强课程思政建设,落实立德树人根本任务。在人力资源管理课程思政建设中,应加强内容设计,充分挖掘思政元素,同时改进教学策略,做到教学手段多样化、教学案例多元化、教学考核全程化。
