我国猪肉价格变动因素与预警体系的构建

Fluctuation Factors of Pork Price and the Construction of Early Warning System in China

中国作为世界上最早驯化猪的国家,在食物系统中猪肉占据重要地位。生猪养殖业发展迅速,为广大农村人口提供了大量就业岗位。近些年,由于全球的猪肉需求变化波动较大,加之猪流感等传染病对生猪养殖的影响,世界范围内猪肉的价格呈现大涨大落的形势,市场震荡剧烈,对居民生活产生重大影响。分析我国猪肉价格变动的因素并且建立预警体系,在猪肉价格变动时作出及时的调控,将猪肉价格控制在一个较为稳定的范围之内,减轻食品市场的价格波动对居民日常生活的不利影响。

China,the first country in the world to domesticate pigs,plays an important role in the food system.The rapid development of pigbreeding industry provides a large number of employment positions for the vast rural population.In recent years,due to the large fluctuations in the global demand for pork,coupled with the impact of swine flu and other infectious diseases on pig breeding,pork price around the world has shown a sharp rise and fall,and the turbulent food market has a severe impact on residents’lives.To this end,this paper analyzes factors of pork price fluctuation in China,discusses how to establish early warning system,and puts forward suggestions on making timely regulation when the pork price fluctuates,so as to control the pork price within a relatively stable range,and to reduce the adverse impact of the price fluctuation in residents’food market on the daily life.
