共选理论视域下学习者英语短语习得模式构建

On Constructing Learners’ Acquisition Model of English Phrases from the Perspective of Co-Selection Theory

摘要 以共选理论分析中国学生万篇英语作文语料库中的近义动词组,即COST、PAY,以及SPEND,分三个层面考察国内的英语学习者以书面形式应用近义动词时的短语特征,分别为词汇-语法共选、词汇-词汇共选,以及型式-意义共选。此次研究结果可以为国内的英语短语学习者提供帮助,并且拓展了英语短语研究的新路径。 On the basis of co-selection theory,this paper analyzes the synonymous verb groups(cost,pay and spend)in the corpus from ten thousand Chinese students’English compositions,and investigate the features of synonymous phrasal verbs used by Chinese English learners in written form.The investigation is divided into three levels:co-selection of vocabulary and grammar,co-selection of vocabulary and vocabulary,and co-selection of structure and meaning.The results of this study can provide help for domestic learners to learn English phrases,and expand a new path for studying English phrases.
