城市文化是城市形象和竞争力的核心。黄石市因资源枯竭,经济下行,亟待转型。经济危机实则是文化危机,当下黄石城市文化—矿冶文化,有深厚的黑色经济烙印。在新的时代背景下,以城市绿色发展为目标,运用绿色文化发展观重构生态、和谐、科技、法治为特色的绿色矿冶文化,重塑城市文化,推动城市绿色转型。

Urban culture is the core of city image and competitiveness.Huangshi is in urgent need of transformation due to exhaustion of resources and economic downturn.The economic crisis is actually a cultural crisis.The current urban culture of Huangshi,the culture of mining and metallurgy,has a deep mark of black economy.In the context of the new era,there is a need to reshape urban culture and to promote urban green transformation by taking urban green development as the goal,that is,the green mining and metallurgical culture featuring ecology,harmony,technology should be reconstructed driven by the development view of green culture.
