The construction of library document resources is directly related to the development of the library.The construction of document resources with Russian characteristics is the key point for developing the library of Heihe University.The construction should formulate strategies according to the conditions of the university and the collection of Russian documents in our country,have accurate positioning and comprehensive collection,and do vigorous promotion through modern media and the Internet.
