生酮饮食对阿尔茨海默病患者神经损伤及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

The effect of ketogenic diet on nerve damage,anxiety and depression in patients with Alzheimer’s disease

目的探讨生酮食物对阿尔茨海默病患者神经损伤及焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响,为阿尔茨海默病(AD)非药物治疗拓展思路。方法选择2018-01—2019-01在盘锦市中心医院接受治疗的70例老年痴呆患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组接受常规干预,实验组在常规干预上辅助生酮食物治疗。测定干预前后血清中神经损伤指标水平,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)测定治疗前后焦虑、抑郁情况。结果与生酮食物干预前相比,干预后患者血清β淀粉样蛋白1-42(Aβ_(1-42))、Tau蛋白水平明显降低,血清对氧磷酶1(PON1)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平明显升高(P<0.05)。组间比较,实验组血清Aβ_(1-42)、Tau蛋白水平低于对照组,血清PON1、SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。生酮饮食治疗后患者SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生酮食物能够减轻阿尔茨海默病患者脑内神经损伤,改善焦虑、抑郁症状。

Objective The effect of ketogenic diet on nerve damage,anxiety and depression in patients with Alzheimer’s disease,to expand new ideas for non-drug treatment of AD.Methods Seventy Alzheimer’s patients who were treated in Panjin Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received ketogenic diet therapy,and the control group received conventional intervention.The serum nerve injury index levels of the two groups before and after the intervention were measured.SAS and SDS were used to determine the anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after intervention.Results Compared with those of same group before intervention,serum Aβ1-42,Tau protein levels of both groups were decreasing whereas serum PON1,SOD levels were increasing after intervention(P<0.05).Aβ1-42,Tau protein levels of experimental group after intervention were lower than those of control group whereas serum PON1,SOD levels were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SAS,SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ketogenic diet can reduce brain nerve damage in patients with Alzheimer’s disease and improve anxiety and depression symptoms.
