自体颗粒脂肪在眼睑凹陷畸形中的应用

Application of autologous granular fat in eyelid entrapment deformity

目的探讨对眼睑凹陷畸形患者采用自体颗粒脂肪注射移植术治疗的临床效果。方法选择2018年11月至2019年11月期间我院的眼睑凹陷畸形患者65例,所有患者均采用自体颗粒脂肪注射移植术进行眼睑凹陷治疗,治疗后对患者进行为期一年的随访工作,分别观察其治疗效果,并对患者术后并发症发生情况以及治疗满意情况进行统计。结果所有患者经治疗后3个月,其眼睑均平坦且丰满;65例患者中有3例患者于术后一周内出现硬结、2例患者出现感染,无患者出现血肿症状,其并发症发生率为7.69%(5/65);有57例患者对首次修手术效果表示满意,其满意率为87.69%(57/65),另外8例患者经二次手术后对其效果表示满意。结论自体颗粒脂肪注射移植术可有效改善患者眼睑凹陷畸形症状,此方法操作简单,手术时间较短,且患者术中不会有大量出血,术后患者对治疗效果满意度较高,其并发症发生情况较少,建议在临床加以推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autologous fat injection in patients with eyelid entrapment malformation.Methods Choice in November 2018 to November 2019,the hospital eyelid retraction deformities,65 cases of patients,all patients with autologous fat granules injection repairing eyelid retraction treatment,after treatment for the patient with a one-year follow-up work,respectively to observe the treatment effect,and for the treatment of patients with postoperative complications and satisfaction.Result After 3 months of treatment,the eyelids of all patients were flat and full;Among the 65 patients,3 had induration,2 had infection and none had hematoma symptoms within one week after operation,and the complication rate was 7.69%(5/65).Fifty-seven patients were satisfied with the effect of the first repair,with a satisfaction rate of 87.69%(57/65).The other eight patients were satisfied with the effect of the second repair.Conclusion Autologous fat injection can effectively repair the symptoms of eyelid defects in patients.This method is simple to operate,and the operation time is short,and patients will not have a lot of bleeding during the operation.Postoperative patients are more satisfied with the repair effect,and its complications are less,so it is recommended to promote it in clinical practice.
