Y-V成形术与Z-成形术矫正内眦赘皮的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Y-V Plasty and Z-Plasty for the Correction of Epicanthus

目的对Y-V成形术与Z-成形术矫正内眦赘皮的临床效果进行评价。方法计算机检索万方数据库、中国知网数据库、PUBMED、EMBASE数据库。收集Y-V成形术与Z-成形术矫正内眦赘皮相关文献,进行meta分析。结果 Y-V成形术矫正内眦赘皮的有效率高于Z-成形术组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于Z-成形术组(P<0.05)。在术后瘢痕评分以及眼部美学指标(眼裂长度、眼裂角度、眼裂角倾斜角度)方面,两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 Y-V成形术和Z-成形术矫正内眦赘皮各有其优缺点,临床医师应根据患者的具体情况,设计出适合患者的手术方案。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Y-V plasty and Z-plasty for the correction of epicanthus.Methods The computer searched Wanfang database,China Knowledge Network database,PUBMED literature database and EMBASE database.Related literatures of Y-V plasty and Z-plasty for the correction of epicanthus were performed and meta-analysis was performed.Results The effective rate of Y-V plasty to correct epicanthuses was higher than that of Z-plasty group(P<0.05),and the complication rate was lower than that of Z-plasty group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of postoperative scar score and eye aesthetic indicators(length of cleft eye,angle of cleft eye,and angle of cleft eye angle)(P>0.05).Conclusion Y-V plasty and Z-plasty to correct the epicanthus have their own advantages and disadvantages.Clinicians should design a surgical plan suitable according to the specific situation of patients.
