有创美容治疗后瘢痕特征比较及应用倍舒痕的效果观察

Comparison of scar characteristics after invasive cosmetic treatment and observation of the effect of applying Dermatix Ultra

目的观察与分析有创美容治疗后瘢痕的特征及应用倍舒痕硅凝胶在有创美容治疗后瘢痕预防中的临床效果。方法收集2019年11月-2020年10月于北京丽都医疗美容医院等9家医疗美容机构接受有创美容治疗的40例患者,其中治疗项目:切开重睑术11例、下睑袋整复术(皮肤入路)4例,埋线提升术7例,激光点痣3例,激光瘢痕治疗3例,吸脂4例、面部脂肪填充4例、腹壁整形1例,面部除皱术2例,耳部瘢痕切除术1例。根据皮肤组织情况、切口大小、创伤深度、切口张力、操作时长等因素将以上治疗项目分为A、B、C三组。术后伤口愈合后,分别于皮肤治疗部位外涂倍舒痕,每日早晚各涂一次,使用周期为90天。比较三组患者术后创面愈合时的瘢痕情况。所有研究对照均接受倍舒痕治疗,共治疗90d。同时记录三组患者在使用前、使用90天后的改良温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS,VSS)评分。结果A、B、C三组治疗前瘢痕评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组B组<C组。各组治疗90天后较治疗前瘢痕评分降低(P<0.05)。各组治疗期间无不良反应。结论皮肤组织情况、切口大小、创伤深度、切口张力、操作时长等因素对有创美容治疗术后早期瘢痕评分高低存在影响。倍舒痕在美容治疗术后应用安全可靠,对瘢痕形成有着积极的预防作用。

Objective To observe and analyze the characteristics of scar after invasive cosmetic treatment and the clinical effect of Dermatix Ultra silicone gel for scar prevention after invasive cosmetic treatment.Methods Select 40 patients who had invasive cosmetic treatments at 9 medical cosmetology institutions,including Beijing Lidu Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Hospital from November 2019 to October 2020.The treatment items include 11 cases of double eyelid blepharoplasty,4 cases of lower eyelid blepharoplasty(percutaneous approach),7 cases of thread lift,4 cases of pigmented nevus treatment by laser,2 cases of laser treatment of scar,9 cases of liposuction,4 cases of facial fat filling,1 case of abdominoplasty,2 cases of rhytidectomy,1 case of ear cicatrectomy.According to skin tissue condition,incision size,wound depth,incision tension,operation time and other factors,the above treatment items were divided into three groups:A,B and C.After the wound healed,apply Dermatix Ultra silicone gel to the treated skin sites twice a day(in the morning and evening respectively)for a total of 90 days.To compare the scar condition of three groups of patients after wound healing.All the patients in the control group were treated with Dermatix Ultra silicone gel for a total of 90 days.At the same time,the modified Vancouver scar scale(VSS)scores of the three groups were recorded before and after 90 days application respectively.Results There was a statistically significant difference in scar scores between groups A,B,and C before treatment(P﹤0.05),group A﹤group B﹤group C.After 90 days of treatment,the scar score of each group was lower than before treatment(P﹤0.05).There were no adverse reactions during treatment in each group.Conclusion The skin tissue,incision size,incision depth,incision tension,operation time and other factors have an influence on the early postoperative scar score after invasive cosmetic treatment.It is safe and reliable to use Dermatix Ultra silicone gel after cosmetic treatment,and has positive preventive effect on scar formation.
