单针射频选择性电热解皮脂腺治疗痤疮的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察单针射频选择性电热解皮脂腺治疗痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。尽管有许多治疗痤疮的方法,但停止治疗后,通常会复发。一些初步证据表明,选择性地电热解皮脂腺可能代表了一种新颖的干预性治疗。进行这项实验的目的是评估痤疮患者中使用单极射频且近端为绝缘单针的单极微针射频进行病灶内电热解的有效性和安全性。方法选取38例面部痤疮患者,根据患者痤疮炎症轻重及后续改善情况,治疗1-3次,每次治疗间隔1个月。结果所有患者都完成了治疗,疗程结束后1个月对患者进行回访,都表示对治疗满意。在所有的案例中,进行选择性电热解治疗1-3次后,观察到受试者炎症数量减少。最后1次治疗后1个月,炎症病变平均减少了97.8%。第2次治疗后1个月,大多数的患者(38名患者中有36名)取得了临床成功,最后1次治疗后1个月,所有的患者都取得了临床成功。所有患者报告有暂时的术后红斑,大多数几天后消失。38名患者中有2名(5.3%)在最后1次治疗后半年,出现明显临床复发。结论对于中重度面部痤疮患者,单针射频选择性电热解皮脂腺是一种安全有效的治疗痤疮的方法。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of single needle radiofrequency selective electrothermal lipolysis in the treatment of acne.Although there are many treatments for acne,they usually recur after stopping treatment.Some preliminary evidence suggests that selective electrothermal lipolysis of sebaceous glands may represent a novel intervention therapy.The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of unipolar RF and proximal insulated single needle microneedles for intralesional electrothermal decomposition in acne patients.Methods 38 patients with facial acne were selected.According to the severity of acne inflammation and the follow-up improvement,the patients were treated 1-3 times with an interval of 1 month.Results all the patients completed the treatment,and one month later after the treatment,Those patients feedback comments are they were satisfied with the treatment.In all cases,a reduction in the number of inflammation was observed after 1-3 times of selective electrothermal treatment.One month after the last treatment,the inflammatory lesions decreased by 97.8%.One month after the second treatment,most patients(36 out of 38 patients)achieved clinical success,and one month after the last treatment,all patients achieved clinical success.All patients reported temporary postoperative erythema,most of which disappeared after a few days.Two of the 38 patients(5.3%)had significant clinical recurrence half a year after the last treatment.Conclusion single needle RF selective electrothermal treatment of sebaceous glands is a safe and effective method for the treatment of acne.
